Happy Thanksgiving! Depending on your circumstances, the idea of a happy Thanksgiving may not be something you can contemplate or desire to contemplate. The year 2020 has been hard for many families, and it has been a reminder that having a steady job, good health, and time spent with friends and family are not to be taken for granted. Rather, the aforementioned items are a good gift or kind providence given by a good God. It is possible that this Thanksgiving will look different from ones in the past as decisions will need to be made about how best to gather and how big the gathering can be. Nevertheless, whether you gather together in person or virtually, in a big family get-together or smaller, we hope it is a sweet time and that you come away from the time filled with gratitude.
Due to impending winter weather, Cleaner Times has an article on page 6 titled “Full Steam Ahead—Ice Dam Removal.” It is a dangerous job and one that homeowners should not undertake lightly. In fact, a DIY approach is not recommended. It is best to get an expert who can use steam to remove the ice from the roof and gutters. Hopefully, this winter won’t have the heavy snow and extremely cold temperatures that cause ice dams to form, but if it does occur, this article will help you to be prepared and know what to do.
On page 22, Cleaner Times is proud to present a second part to the Pressure Washing Equipment, Chemical, and Accessory Showcase. This highlights a product photo, 75-word description, and contact information to reach out for more information on the product. The first part of the Product Showcase was published in October and can be viewed at https://www.cleanertimes.com/magazine/cleaner-times-articles-2/professional-pressure-washing-equipment-and-accessory-showcase.
Finally, we would be remiss if we didn’t point to the article on page 16 that details the 28 years Chuck Prieur represented Cleaner Times and developed many good friendships with those in the pressure washing industry. We are thankful for his many years with us, and we wish him the best in his retirement.
From all of us at Cleaner Times, Happy Thanksgiving!
