Pressure Systems Innovations (PSI) has announced the acquisition of Nilfisk’s High Pressure Washer (HPW) Division, including the respected Pressure Pro and Hydro Tek brands, along with related sub-entities. This strategic acquisition safeguards two cornerstone brands of the professional cleaning industry following Nilfisk’s decision to focus on its core global product lines after the devastating impact of Hurricane Milton.

In 2024, Hurricane Milton and the subsequent tornadoes caused extensive damage to Nilfisk’s HPW manufacturing facilities, severely disrupting operations. As Nilfisk restructured to rebuild and strengthen its core vacuum and floor care business, PSI recognized a unique opportunity to preserve the HPW Division’s legacy and bring renewed energy to its brands.
