Kleen-Rite Corp., the nation’s top wholesale supplier to professional car wash businesses, recently moved Megan Donnelly into a new Chief People Officer (CPO) role at the company. The position prepares Kleen-Rite for future growth, with key focal points being successful hiring and retention, expanded industry training, and support through professional development opportunities.

As part of the new role, Donnelly is now a member of Kleen-Rite’s Executive Leadership Team. Donnelly has held several roles in her nearly 20 years at Kleen-Rite, starting in sales and customer service before progressing to human resources. More recently, she served as the Human Resources Director for six years.

Kleen-Rite Vice President Keith Lutz stated, “Megan has played a key role in strengthening our people, culture, and
leadership foundation since 2016. What began as a single part-time HR function has developed into a dedicated team
supporting our employees through human resources, training, and development. She has also been an integral connector
across our sister companies, building consistency, relationships, and trust through the organization.”

Kleen-Rite remains committed to being people-focused, even when steadily scaling up as a company. The newly created
CPO role is an important part of that responsibility.

“The Chief People Officer reflects how essential our people, culture, and values are to our long-term success. This role
helps ensure we continue to lead with our values – not just in words, but in how we operate every day. As a third
generation in the business, Megan understands who we are, where we’ve been, and that ultimately, it’s our people that
make the difference,” said Lutz
